Pat has over 45 years of construction estimating and project management  experience. After working for over a decade as a project manager and estimator for construction firms, he founded CMR in 1987. At the helm of CMR for the last 36 years, he has overseen the company as it has produced around 9,000 estimates.

Stan has been working in the construction industry for 33 years, and for the first 15 years of his career he was working for general contractors. While working for contractors his roles included: project manager, estimator, and preconstruction manager. He joined CMR 18 years ago. He has been a lead estimator for the firm, which includes collaborating with with other team members, providing quality control, and finalizing the estimates.

Chris worked for CMR part-time while completing his degree. He has been at CMR on a full time basis for 17 years, since joining shortly after graduating. From starting out as a takeoff specialist, he has grown into a lead estimator role the past several years.

Kevin took an interesting path upon graduating from college. He decided to take a hands on approach and learned to operate heavy construction equipment. So, before he joined CMR in 2016 he spent a few years operating equipment, along with estimating for specialty contractors. Overall, he has 15 years experience in the construction industry.
